I know it seems like I’m making two big meals in the middle of the week (the ham and the meatloaf), but my daughter turns the big #2 this on Wednesday and we are expecting company. My father-in-law’s favorite meal is my Brown Sugar Meatloaf, so it is a must have when he comes over.
The ham is because it’s on sale at Price Chopper this week and I have been wanting to make a big ham dinner. What better time than a ginormous snow storm?!
